Terms & Conditions

  • The total processing time is 90-180 working days depends upon country and in case of any problem arises, processing time can be extended.
  • The Payment is non refundable in case client don’t want to process his file or visa gets rejected due to any reason or if process delayed due to any unavoidable situation which is beyond Vagmi International’s control.
  • In case if Client get the Visa and after that we are not able to Provide the scope of work and services that we have assured then with in 60 working Days we are liable to refund the Program charges to Client post deduction of GST Tax.
  • The client has to submit all the documents and payment within 30 days of first payment. If he does not submit the documents and payments on time in that case the token amount or partial payment will be forfeited.
  • In the case of rejection if client wants to reapply then he has not to pay any Program fees just Applicant need to pay Visa Charges directly to VFS.
  • This is understood that Vagmi International is just a consultancy not decision maker for any Visa, Issuing Visa is soul decision of respected Embassy and we do not influence in any way.
  • The Client has to ensure that the information & documents provided by them are genuine and true any false information and fake documents will attract legal formalities.
  • All disputes are subject to Lucknow Jurisdiction.
  • Vagmi International will give training to clear Immigration at India & destination country, any number of time applicants ask for, but if Candidate fails to clear immigration either at destination country or in India will not make Vagmi International liable to refund the amount
